1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for the Services are available under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues or errors that significantly hinder your ability to access or use the Services as intended, you may be eligible for a refund. You must contact DateShate’s customer support team, providing detailed information about the technical issue for further review. Refund requests related to technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring.

Unauthorized Purchases: If you believe that unauthorized purchases have been made through your account, please report the issue to our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if warranted, issue a refund within 7 days from the date of reporting the issue.

Cancellation within Cooling-Off Period: Users may be entitled to a refund if they cancel their subscription or in-app purchase within the cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of the transaction, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. After the cooling-off period, no refunds will be granted unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Used Services: Refunds will not be provided for Services that have already been accessed or used, including but not limited to subscription periods that have commenced or in-app purchases that have been consumed.

Terms of Service Violation or Fraudulent Activity: Users who violate DateShate’s Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activities will not be eligible for refunds.
